Glass Product Warranty Information

Annealed Glass Warranty

Our warranty for annealed glass covers manufacturing defects such as excessive distortion for one year from the date of installation. Note that annealed glass is not heat-treated and is more prone to breakage. Breakage due to impact or misuse is not covered.

Tempered Glass Warranty

Tempered glass is covered under warranty for one year against manufacturing defects such as warping or surface imperfections. As a safety glass, tempered glass is designed to break into small, less hazardous pieces if impacted. However, damage due to misuse, improper handling, or pressure is not covered.

Insulated Glass Units (IGUs) Warranty

We provide a five-year warranty for insulated glass units (IGUs) against seal failure that may cause condensation or fogging. Warranty exclusions include improper installation by third parties, exposure to extreme conditions, or misuse.

Mirror Warranty
